Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a senior operations leader to manage the repair of critical turbomachinery at the Service Center. You will oversee shop and office personnel, prioritize work, and drive safety, on-time delivery, and cost quality while developing teams and ensuring strong communication across functions.

The role requires a high school diploma (engineering degree preferred), 8+ years in rotating equipment repair, and 5+ years managing operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; engineering degree preferred.
• 8+ years of repair rotating equipment experience (ST. Compressors) required; higher level possible.
• 5+ years of experience managing operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s in engineering or similar degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of repair Rotating Equipment Experience (ST. Compressors) is required. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level.
• 5+ Years of experience managing operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills is a must.
