Our Purpose

We strive to help each patient reach their highest level of medical independence by delivering equipment and services seamlessly, with exceptional care.

Role Overview

As the Repair and Processing Supervisor, you will guide onsite repair and processing operations so patient equipment is restored accurately, safely, and on schedule. You’ll lead and coordinate technicians, assign and track daily work, and provide coaching to build consistent performance.

Key responsibilities include overseeing repair, calibration, and testing; maintaining repair-part supply with monthly ordering; standardizing concentrator repair processes across additional HME locations; managing a monthly budget for repair/cleaning supplies; coordinating supplier communications and RMAs for warranty items; ensuring required inventory removal transactions for damaged equipment; and upholding safety, policy, and quality standards.

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Proven team leadership, scheduling, and workflow coordination
  • Working knowledge of equipment repair, testing, and quality control
  • Inventory, budgeting, and supplier/RMA management capability
  • Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills

Apply today to help keep critical equipment ready when patients need it most.

A Typical Shift

Your Monday–Friday day is spent on the floor and in the workflow: you start by reviewing priorities, staffing coverage, and turnaround targets, then check in with both teams to remove bottlenecks. Throughout the day you verify progress against timelines, confirm documentation is complete, and spot-check quality so finished items are ready to move forward without rework. You’ll also stay close to parts availability and warranty status, keeping notes for upcoming monthly orders, budget planning, and supplier follow-ups. The day closes with a quick look ahead—resetting the plan for tomorrow while keeping the work area clean, orderly, and safe.
