Home Medical Equipment Specialists, Llc is seeking a Repair and Processing Supervisor to lead on-site repair and processing of patient equipment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely completion.

You will guide technicians, coordinate daily work, manage spare parts and budget, and maintain documentation, quality, and safety standards across the operation.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and supplier RMAs, with a focus on continuous improvement and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Working knowledge of equipment repair, testing, and quality control.
• Inventory, budgeting, and supplier/RMA management capability.
• Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, calibration, and testing of patient equipment.
• Maintain repair-part supply with monthly ordering and budget oversight.
• Coordinate supplier communications and RMAs for warranty items.
• Ensure inventory removals for damaged equipment and uphold safety and quality standards.
