Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Repack Associate to support day-to-day repack operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will work on repack lines to ensure products are accurately repacked according to production requirements and customer specifications, collaborating with a team to maintain quality, efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and follow established production procedures and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• Manually load and feed cans onto repack lanes to maintain a consistent flow of product.
• Load finished cans into cases, trays, or other packaging according to production requirements.
• Stack completed cases securely onto pallets.
• Verify correct products, packaging materials, and configurations for each run.
• Inspect packaging materials for damage or defects and identify nonconforming items.
• Assist with product changeovers and line preparation between runs.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and follow safety policies.
