Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Repack Associate to efficiently repackage food products to customer specs and production schedules. You will assemble packaging materials, inspect for quality, verify labels and lot numbers, and palletize finished goods in a clean, organized production area.

You will follow GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and USDA guidelines while maintaining accurate production records and supporting inventory counts as needed. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work instructions, product labels, date codes, and lot numbers.
• Basic math skills and the ability to perform simple calculations accurately.
• Strong attention to detail to identify defects, issues, and packaging concerns.
• Accurate production documentation and record-keeping.
• Effective communication and teamwork to follow directions and complete tasks.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of GMPs/HACCP/SQF or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Repackage food products according to specifications and instructions.
• Assemble packaging materials and assist with line setup and changeovers.
• Inspect products for damage or contamination and remove defective packaging.
• Verify labels, date codes, and lot numbers; apply labels accurately.
• Pack products into cases, seal cartons, and palletize finished goods.
• Stack cases on pallets and wrap pallets for warehouse transfer.
• Maintain traceability and accurate production documentation.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, SQF, USDA requirements, and safety procedures.
• Report issues to Leads/Supervisors promptly.
• Operate packaging equipment after training and use pallet jacks safely.
