Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a Bottling Associate to operate the bottling line, feed bottles, lids and product, and prepare filled bottles for packaging and shipping. You will ensure correct labeling, batch coding, and product quality on every run.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials, recording packaging data, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role requires teamwork and the ability to follow precise procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• This position requires obtaining and maintaining a Food Handler’s Permit.

Responsibilities

• Feed product to conveyors and prepare filled bottles for packing and shipping.
• Set up machine with correct lids, bottles, labels and product.
• Inspect materials and containers at each step of the packaging process.
• Record batch code, time, and date packaged; ensure accurate counts and labels.
• Operate lift truck or hand truck to move products within the production area.
• Cross train to demonstrate competency on all essential bottling functions.
