Job summary

Proper Beverage Company in Kentwood, MI is hiring a Repack Associate to support day-to-day repack operations on our fast-paced production lines. You will ensure cans are fed, labeled, and packed accurately to meet production requirements and customer specifications.

This full-time, first-shift role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a collaborative team environment, an emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Repack Operations: load cans, feed lanes, and package per production requirements.
• Quality & Accuracy: verify packaging correctness and inspect materials.
• Safety & Cleanliness: maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Team Support: collaborate with fellow Associates and leadership to meet daily goals.
• All other duties as assigned.
