Mondelēz International is hiring a machine operator to operate and maintain line equipment within our Chicago-area facility. You will be trained in autonomous maintenance (AM) practices and work to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability targets.

The role requires flexibility to work any shift time, a collaborative mindset, and strong reading/writing skills to communicate clearly on site.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines with coaching.
• Understand safety and quality standards for operating machines.
• Reading and writing, fluent in the language of communication as appropriate to the site.
• Collaborating well in a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Use autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards and report losses.
