Qualifications

• Experience operating machines with coaching.
• Adheres to safety and quality standards while operating equipment.
• Reading and writing, fluent communication appropriate to the site.
• Collaborates well in a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Execute all standard work processes on equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards.
• Understand losses in the area and equipment and report them.
