Job summary

Stemilt Growers is seeking workers for the NDC – Repack facility on a night shift. You will sort fruit by grade, color and size, turn and reposition fruit onto trays, and bag, weigh, and box fruit. The role requires standing for long periods and repetitive motion with strong attention to detail.

Shifts run 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Monday through Friday, with hours potentially varying by production. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must be able to do repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and push 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work on your feet 8+ hours.
