Warehouse Splits Associate is responsible for daily customer order fulfillment activities. This position is responsible for demonstrating safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity driven environment. This position will be required to proficiently pull split labels for orders, ensuring correct quantity and quality of product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet company standards for productivity
• Pull splits labels for orders
• Keep the repack room neat, organized, sanitized and remove poor quality product from repack room
• Run any products needing attention
• Ensure the correct quantity of product (double check quality of your work)
• Keep soft product on top of heavy products (follow loading and unloading procedures)
• Follow daily inventory control procedures (First in first out)
• Clean and maintain the warehouse inside and out (This includes all coolers; pick up trash; sweeping floor and back dock area and empty trash as needed)
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate with supervisors and warehouse department employees any issues related to performing duties
• Find ways to improve and or increase productivity
• Follow all HACCP, SQF and OSHA rules and regulations

Requirements

• Basic reading and math skills
• Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen)
• 1 year warehouse experience (preferably in produce industry)

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. The schedule is 5 to 6 days a week/paid Hourly. Hours vary from 40-48. We work every holiday except Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years.
