Job summary

Idlogistics is seeking a Packager to sort, verify, package, label and weigh items into units per pre-established pack sizes and customer requirements. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

You will receive inventory, utilize scanners, computers, and handheld printers, and follow pick sheets/WMS to accurately determine items to move and pack.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

ThePackager'sprimary responsibility will be sorting, verifying, packaging, labeling and weighing items into units in accordance with pre-established pack sizes, and customer requirements. The each sort Associate is also responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and safe environment.

• Receive and sort inventory into different totes.
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Utilizes pick sheet, customer order, work order, shipping order or facility WMS acquisition device to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed from temperature controlled or non-controlled rooms.
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Other duties as assigned

SHIFT: Wed-Sat: 6:30pm – 05:00am

PAY: $16.25 + $2.00 Shift Differential
