Stemilt Growers is seeking reliable workers for our Euclid Plant in Washington. This full-time role operates on a day shift (5:30 am – 2:00 pm) with potential variation by production needs. Tasks include packing fruit, placing trays, and setting machine speeds, among other duties.

Ideal candidates will have experience, flexibility with schedules, and strong communication. The position emphasizes teamwork and attention to detail in a fast-paced fruit-packing environment.

Number of openings: 3 Full-Time, Regular

Location: B Line – Euclid Plant

Working Shift: Day Shift

Hours & Work Days: 5:30 am – 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.

Qualifications

• Qualified individual must know Washington State Grade Standards and knowledge of fruit varieties.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Prior experience required.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must be able to do repetitive work while putting attention to detail.
• Must be able to work close and get along with co-workers.
• Good communication skills are a must.
