Job summary

Sirna & Sons Produce in Ohio is seeking a warehouse associate to manage 200-300 cases per shift, ensuring the quality of repacked products and maintaining a clean prep area. You will document inventory and report issues to supervision.

The role is 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–finish, 34–40 hours per week, at $17.00/hour. Eligible benefits include health & life coverage, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match, weekly pay, and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 200-300 cases per shift.
• Accountable for quality of repacked/split case products in the warehouse.
• Maintain clean and sanitized prep table, tools and work area.
• Document daily inventory, repack work order form and product waste form.
• Report quality or warehouse issues and/or master case damage to supervisor.
• Accurately slot or stage finished repack products.
• Assist Sorting Department for support as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Handles approximately 200-300 cases per shift
• Accountable for quality of all repacked/split case products in the warehouse
• Clean and sanitized prep table, tools and work area as measured by periodic warehouse QA inspections
• Document daily inventory, repack work order form and product waste form
• Report quality or warehouse issues and/or master case damage to supervisor.
• Accurately slot or stage all finished repack products.
• Assist Sorting Department for support as needed.

Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Speak and write English satisfactorily
• Valid identification or driver’s license (if appropriate)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Active listening skills

Physical Demands:

• Stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in cold and wet cooler environment for extended periods of time
