Job summary

Sirna & Sons Produce in Ohio is hiring for a day-shift Prep Associate to wash, peel, trim and portion produce per daily prep lists. You will maintain clean prep areas and follow food safety protocols.

This role requires reliable, team-oriented individuals with a high school diploma and proficient English. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with pay $16.00-$18.00 per hour and benefits including health coverage, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) match.

• Wash, peel, trim, cut, and portion produce items per daily prep lists and company guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of prep areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper glove use, handwashing, and equipment cleaning
• Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, OSHA and Food Safety regulations

Essential Functions:

• Wash, peel, trim, cut, and portion produce items per daily prep lists and company guidelines

Pay Rate:

Physical Demands:

• Stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in cold and wet cooler environment for extended periods of time
