Xome, a technology-driven real estate company and subsidiary of Rocket, seeks an REO Asset Manager to oversee valuation, marketing, and disposition of bank-owned properties. You will coordinate with vendors, agents, and internal teams to meet SLAs and optimize outcomes across 150–200 assets.

In this role, you’ll review BPOs, appraisals and bids, manage marketing strategies, and provide timely client-facing reporting while maintaining strict adherence to investor guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in REO asset management or related fields.
• Experience handling 150–200 assets with deadlines and client guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of 150-200 REO assets and timelines.
• Coordinate with property preservation vendors, agents and internal teams.
• Review BPOs, appraisals and repair bids; drive dispositions with client guidelines.
• Prepare client-facing reporting and performance metrics for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with investor, client and regulatory guidelines.
