Job summary

Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. is seeking a seasoned Asset Manager to oversee a high-volume portfolio of residential REO assets across markets nationwide.

You will develop and execute disposition strategies aimed at maximizing investor returns and client performance. You will monitor portfolio metrics, SLAs, timelines, and operational benchmarks, while partnering with field services and vendors to optimize budgets and minimize expenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of residential REO assets across multiple markets nationwide.
• Develop and execute disposition strategies to maximize investor returns and client performance.
• Monitor portfolio metrics, SLAs, timelines, and operational benchmarks.
• Evaluate asset-specific opportunities to increase net recovery through repairs and marketing.
• Review and approve property budgets, vendor recommendations, and capital improvements.
• Partner with field services and vendor networks to minimize expenses and liability.
• Oversee the disposition process from pre-listing through closing.
• Determine marketing channels including MLS, online auctions, and bulk sales.
• Evaluate offers, negotiate terms, secure approvals, and facilitate closings.
