Job summary

Rialto Capital in Miami, FL is seeking an Analyst - REO to support asset management with cash flow models, proformas, and hold vs. sell analyses. The role collaborates with asset managers and CMBS surveillance to re-underwrite loans and evaluate property performance.

You will review budgets, rent rolls, and reports, coordinate market research and appraisals, and assist on foreclosures, including negotiations and closings. Travel for site inspections is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or real estate required.
• 0-3 years of real estate industry experience.
• Proficient in Excel; Argus/Val preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Asset Managers to build cash flow models and proformas; prepare business plans and hold vs. sell analyses.
• Assist CMBS Surveillance team with re-underwriting loans.
• Analyze property operations using budgets, operating statements, rent rolls, and statements.
• Coordinate production of reports used in evaluating REO properties.
• Coordinate market research on comparables, sales, and leasing activity, including appraisals and broker opinions.
• Assist on foreclosure activities including negotiations, third-party reports, cash flow management, and closings.
• Perform site inspections, which will require travel.
