Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Senior Analyst in Asset Management REO & Workouts for the NYC corporate office. You will support analytical and administrative activities across the real estate debt platform and report to the VP of REO and Surveillance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cash flow forecasting, reviewing property performance, and assisting with loan workouts, refinancings, and investor reporting. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of real estate/finance experience; debt platform/REO experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate financial analysis and modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly financial and variance analysis for REO assets and at-risk investments.
• Prepare asset-level and portfolio-level budgeting, forecasting, and market research.
• Update asset management dashboards and assist investor reporting.
