Responsibilities include acquisition planning, budgeting, and coordinating with OEM partners, sales teams, and operations to ensure assets meet demand and drive efficiency. A strong background in fleet management and analytics is essential.

• 7–10+ years of equipment rental, fleet management, or service operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, lifecycle management, and diagnostics.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or similar fields.
• 7-10+ years of equipment rental, construction equipment, fleet management, maintenance management, or service operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, rental operations, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of equipment diagnostics, repair practices, reliability, and fleet performance.
• Advanced analytical and business skills, including Excel, Power BI, data analysis, P&L interpretation, and logistics planning/scheduling.
