Foley, Incorporated in the United States seeks a seasoned Fleet Manager to optimize the Rental Services fleet, maximize utilization, and improve profitability. You will analyze data to identify shortages, surpluses, aging equipment, and underperforming assets, and implement corrective actions.

You will guide asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, coordinating with Caterpillar and other OEMs, while partnering with sales and operations to align fleet with customer demand.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or similar fields.
• 7-10+ years of equipment rental, fleet management, maintenance management, or service operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, rental operations, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of equipment diagnostics, repair practices, reliability, and fleet performance.
• Advanced analytical and business skills, including Excel, Power BI, data analysis, P&L interpretation, and logistics planning/scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with rental sales teams to ensure fleet composition aligns with customer demand and business objectives.
• Work closely with service and operations leaders to improve fleet readiness, support new equipment offerings, and drive operational efficiency.
• Provide inventory and equipment recommendations to leadership while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
