Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Rental Yard Technician 1 to join our team. This physically demanding role is essential to the daily operation of our equipment rental yard. The ideal candidate will assist with servicing rental and low-maintenance equipment, maintaining yard and shop facilities, and supporting delivery and installation efforts. Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and safety procedures with company policies.
• Assist with basic service and inspection of rental and low-maintenance equipment.
• Wash and clean equipment returned from job sites.
• Roll, inspect, and service gas hoses, ducting, and other bulk items used in heating and environmental control systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and shop environment.
• Perform general upkeep tasks such as sweeping, organizing inventory, and disposing of waste materials.
• Help load and unload equipment for same-day or next-day deliveries.
• Ensure all equipment is properly secured and documented for transport.
• Assist in the installation and teardown of heaters and other equipment at job sites.
• Support field crews as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
