Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment, focusing on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking a qualified Rental Yard Technician for our Farmington, NM location.

Objective

This position assists the rental counter personnel in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor servicing and repair of rental equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment
• Properly instruct customers on the operation and safety of equipment
• Load and unload equipment listed on the rental contract
• Record damaged or missing equipment, including hour meter readings and fuel levels when applicable
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and yard
• Adhere to all safety requirements set by government, company, and equipment standards

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude
• Own your own tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Good reading and comprehension skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Rental experience is preferred
