Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment with a focus on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking a qualified YARD FOREMAN for our Farmington, NM location.

Summary of Position Responsibilities:

The Yard Foreman's objectives are to supervise yard personnel, direct repairs and maintenance of equipment, provide excellent service to Frank's Supply customers, and ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment for employees.

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and schedule yard personnel for optimal efficiency.
• Communicate daily with the rental and store managers.
• Develop and manage a staggered daily work schedule to reduce overtime.
• Oversee and manage all paperwork daily.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and organization.
• Provide backup for yard operations when needed.
• Coordinate vacation coverage with the store manager.
• Investigate and resolve customer or employee complaints.
• Work with HR and management on employee performance issues and terminations.
• Assist other departments with questions, product applications, and delivery expeditions.
• Communicate with the store manager regarding shop tool requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and analyze information for decision-making.
• Participate in personal development activities, including training courses and self-instructional materials.
• Perform special projects and tasks assigned by management.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, standing, or kneeling for extended periods.
• Good eyesight and hearing.
