Objective

This position assists rental counter personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor servicing and repairs of rental equipment.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Provide proper instruction and operation of equipment to customers, including safety instructions.
• Load and unload equipment listed on customer contracts.
• Record damaged or missing equipment, including hour meter readings and fuel levels when applicable.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and yard.
• Follow all safety requirements related to government regulations, company policies, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Own personal tools.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Good reading and comprehension skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Rental experience is preferred.
