Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment, focusing on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking a qualified YARD FOREMAN for our Farmington, NM location.

Summary of Position Responsibilities:

The Yard Foreman's objectives are to supervise yard personnel, oversee repairs and maintenance of equipment, provide excellent service to Frank's Supply customers, and ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment for employees.

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and coordinate yard personnel for optimal efficiency based on their skills and proficiency.
• Communicate daily with the corporate rental manager and store manager.
• Develop and manage a staggered daily work schedule to reduce overtime.
• Oversee and manage all daily paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard.
• Provide backup support for yard operations when needed.
• Coordinate with the store manager regarding yard personnel vacations to ensure proper coverage.
• Investigate and resolve customer or employee complaints.
• Collaborate with HR and store management on employee performance issues and terminations.
• Assist other department managers with questions, product applications, and delivery expediting.
• Communicate with the store manager about shop tool requirements.
• Make informed decisions by evaluating and synthesizing information.
• Participate in personal development activities, including training courses and self-instructional materials.
• Perform special projects and participate in project teams as assigned.
