Job summary

White Star Machinery in Tulsa, OK is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Yard Attendant to join our Bobcat dealership. You will prepare equipment (wash, grease, check fluids and operation) and complete documentation, while assisting customers and staff in-store.

The role is on-site with physical duties including lifting and outdoor work. A high school diploma is required, and we offer comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities within a family-friendly company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment by washing, greasing, checking fluid levels and operation.
• Document equipment condition; complete computer paperwork.
• Load and unload equipment with proper handling and checks for damage.
• Assist customers and store teams across departments.
• Sweep, clean yard areas and wash bays; maintain organization.

Monday - Friday Dayshift

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.
• Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.
• Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.
• Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal
• Assist with composing rental agreements
• Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds.
• Exposed to outside elements.
• One year general labor experience is preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
