Job summary

KC Bobcat – Blue Springs is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Yard & Wash Bay Attendant. You will help prepare equipment, wash and inspect units, and assist customers and staff across departments.

The role requires physical stamina and a willingness to perform a variety of general labor tasks in a busy yard environment. Responsibilities include loading/unloading equipment, maintaining wash bay cleanliness, and documenting condition and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• One year general labor experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment: wash, grease, check fluids, ensure proper operation, document on computer and paper work.
• Load/unload equipment with proper operation instructions and inspect for damage.
• Assist customers and store teams as needed across departments.
• Sweep and clean yard, organize and clean wash bay, dispose of trash.
• Receive and ship warehouse products and equipment.
• Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned.

KC Bobcat – Blue Springs is looking for a detailed and organized Rental Yard & Wash Bay Attendant to join our growing company. If you enjoy working around construction machinery, take pride in clean machines, and like the feeling of a job well done,

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.
• Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.
• Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.
• Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal
• Receiving and Shipping warehouse products and equipment
• Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 10-20 pounds
• One year general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
