KC Bobcat – Blue Springs is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Yard & Wash Bay Attendant. If you take pride in clean equipment and enjoy working around construction machinery, join our growing team in Blue Springs, MO.

You will be responsible for washing, greasing, fluid checks, basic operation verification, loading/unloading, assisting customers, yard cleaning, and general warehouse tasks. We offer benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass drug screen.
• Able to regularly lift 50–100 lb and lighter loads.
• Willingness to perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Wash, grease, check fluids, verify operation, and document on computer.
• Load and unload equipment with checks for damage and documentation.
• Assist customers and store staff across departments.
• Sweep and clean yard and wash bay; handle trash disposal.
• Receive and ship warehouse products and equipment.
• Perform additional general labor as assigned.

KC Bobcat is a full-service Bobcat Dealership specializing in new, used, and rental compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and track loaders. We offer parts as well as both mobile and shop service.

KC Bobcat – Blue Springs is looking for a detailed and organized Rental Yard & Wash Bay Attendant to join our growing company. If you enjoy working around construction machinery, take pride in clean machines, and like the feeling of a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.
• Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.
• Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.
• Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal
• Receiving and Shipping warehouse products and equipment
• Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 10-20 pounds
• One year general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
