Southern States ToyotaLift is seeking a Rental & Transportation Coordinator to manage rental requests, bookings, contracts, and documentation. The role coordinates deliveries, pickups, and fleet readiness while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will work with sales, service, transportation, and branch teams to ensure smooth rental transactions and timely updates to customers. A customer-first mindset and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College coursework in business administration, logistics, transportation or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, equipment rental, dispatch or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for rental customers, managing requests, bookings, contracts, and documentation.
• Guide customers through the forklift and equipment rental process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Prepare rental quotes, agreements, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, service, transportation, and branch teams to ensure successful rental transactions.
• Support business development by identifying rental opportunities and following up with customers.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups for rental agreements.
• Monitor transportation schedules and communicate delays or changes to customers.
• Maintain rental fleet records and inventory across branches.
• Provide updates to customers on status, rentals, and invoicing.
