Alterra Snowshoe Resort in Snowshoe, WV, is hiring Seasonal Rental Technicians. No gear experience is required—training is provided for enthusiastic individuals with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards: inform guests about equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
• Support Team Operations: assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Promote Safety: follow safety guidelines, maintain a neat workspace, and follow policies.
• Ensure Liability Compliance: collect guest/employee information; manage equipment records.
• Contribute to Team Effort: achieve results and assist with related tasks.
