Alterra Snowshoe is seeking enthusiastic Rental Technicians for the winter season at Snowshoe, WV. Join a team delivering friendly guest service with training provided, and enjoy on-mountain perks including ski privileges.

Responsibilities include maintaining guest service standards, assisting the Rental Store Manager, promoting safety, and ensuring equipment knowledge. On-site housing is available and shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards: provide information on equipment, shop, resort; uphold professionalism and appearance.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: deliver excellent service, teamwork, safety, and knowledge of equipment.
• Support Team Operations: assist Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Promote Safety: follow safety guidelines and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Ensure Liability Compliance: collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records.
• Contribute to Team Effort: assist with related tasks as needed.
