Snowshoe Mountain in West Virginia is seeking enthusiastic Rental Technicians for seasonal work. No gear experience? No problem—we provide training, and affordable on-mountain employee housing is available.

Positions start late November/early December and involve mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. You’ll help guests with equipment, uphold service standards, and support store operations while enjoying discounts on food, retail and mountain experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to train quickly and learn equipment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain Guest Service Standards: Provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
• Support Team Operations: Assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Promote Safety: Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace, and adhere to food/drink policies.
• Ensure Liability Compliance: Collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs.
• Contribute to Team Effort: Achieve results as needed and assist with related tasks.
