You will provide information about gear and resort services, maintain professional appearance, and support daily shop operations while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction throughout the season.

Qualifikationen

• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Role training provided for gear rental and shop procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain Guest Service Standards: Provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
• Support Team Operations: Assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Promote Safety: Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace, and adhere to food/drink policies.
• Ensure Liability Compliance: Collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs.
• Contribute to Team Effort: Achieve results as needed and assist with related tasks.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED
