Job summary

Snowbird Operations LLC is seeking a Rental Technician to support the daily operations of Cliff Sports, Snowbird Sports, and Creekside Sports under the Rentals Manager and Supervisors. You will assist guests with rental and demo equipment, sell accessories, logo apparel, and souvenirs, with 30-35 hours per week.

Hours typically run 8am–6pm (or 8am–5pm) across a four-day week, with potential overnight stays during road closures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Rental shop experience is a plus.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Fit guests for ski and snowboard rental equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Tune and maintain rental/demo equipment.
• Run the point of sale to sell tunes, rentals and retail items.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

SUMMARY

As a Rental Technician, you’ll support the daily operations of Cliff Sports, Snowbird Sports, and Creekside Sports under the direction of the Rentals Manager Rentals Assistant Manager and Rental Supervisors. You will assist guests with getting set up with rental and demo equipment. You will also sell accessories, logo apparel, and souvenirs. Hours worked should be between 30-35 hours per week depending on business levels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Fit guests for ski and snowboard rental equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Tune and maintain rental/demo equipment.
• Run the point of sale to sell tunes, rentals and retail items.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• 18 years of age or older.

WORK SCHEDULE

Scheduled shifts will mostly be 4 days a week from 8am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be prepared to stay overnight during road closures. May experience high guest volumes, winter weather, and frequent interruptions. Frequent standing, lifting, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
