Job summary

Crystal Mountain in Washington is hiring a Part Time Rental Technician to prepare, inspect, and fit ski and snowboard rental equipment, ensuring guests receive properly sized gear and safe, high-quality performance.

You will work with a focus on customer service, learn Rossignol Ski Binding Certification, and use rental software while supporting a fast-paced mountain environment. This role includes opportunities for growth within Crystal Mountain and Alterra Mountain Company.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Rossignol Ski Binding Certification and follow safety specs.
• Working knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Fit guests with properly sized ski boots, skis, boots, helmets, and other rental equipment.
• Inspect and adjust equipment per guest measurements and safety standards.
• Perform binding adjustments and routine maintenance; assist with equipment exchanges and troubleshooting.
• Provide exceptional guest service and explain proper equipment use and care.
