Schweitzer is seeking seasonal on-mountain staff with end-of-November start dates and on-mountain housing options. The roles require flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with duties spanning guest service, safety, and operations on snow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contributes to a safe working environment

• Maintains Readiness of the Company Vehicle


• Performs daily driving duties from rental shops for product delivery, fixture pick up, and any additional store needs


• Performing daily inspections


• Communicating when maintenance to the Company Vehicle is required


• Contributes to Team Effort


• Provides Feedback


• Carry out the delegated duties assigned by management.


• Monitoring issues and returns of equipment.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Driving:

Have a valid Driver’s license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
