Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process inbound and outbound movement of machines and attachments daily.
• Complete initial check-in including hours, fuel level, manuals, and photos; notify of damage.
• Complete check-out including serial verification, photos, manuals, and attachments.
• Utilize tablet for check-in/check-out and organize yard storage.
• Identify status of each unit and exercise units on the yard periodically.
• Perform consignment inspections and ensure RFID tracking devices are present and working.

Job Summary

Coordinate machine and attachment activity. Ensure rental fleet machines and attachments are capable of a safe and successful rental.

Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and processing both inbound and outbound movement of machines and attachments on a daily basis

Responsible for completion of initial check-in of machines and attachments to include –

• Documentation of machine hours and fuel level
• Verification unit’s manual is present
• Take pictures of each unit – noting obvious damage
• Notify Service Department and Equipment Manager immediately of any damage identified on a unit

Responsible for completion of check-out process to include –

• Verification of equipment/serial number against shipper
• Take pictures of each unit
• Confirm manual is present
• Confirm appropriate attachment(s) are included
• Assist/load for shipment

Utilize tablet for both check-in and check-out processes

Locate and store machines and attachments in a neat and organized manner

Responsible for identifying status of each unit

Exercise each unit on the yard periodically

Perform consignment inspections

Responsible to ensure yard and tracking devices are present and working on each unit (RFID)

Provide information when requested

Other tasks as requested by management
