Job summary

Mount Sunapee Resort is hiring a Rental Technician to join our winter seasonal team in Newbury, NH. You’ll provide exceptional guest service, help guests select and fit rental gear, and explain equipment operation and safety procedures.

The role supports multiple departments and may include cashiering or retail tasks. Starting wage is $20/hr with full-time shift options during the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

• Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options

• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary:

Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
