Breckenridge Ski Resort is seeking a Rental Technician for our world-class rental shop in Breckenridge, CO. We will train you on all aspects of personal equipment, and no prior experience is required.

As a Service Tech, you will assist guests with gear services and share information to create the ultimate outdoor experience. The position is a winter seasonal role with a starting wage of $20/hr, offering both full-time and part-time options and housing availability.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to perform ski/snowboard tunes and repairs.
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition.
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests (training provided).
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition

Job Requirements

• Display mechanical aptitude to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs (ONLY FOR WINTER)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team‑oriented environment for extended periods
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English

The expected pay range is $20/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
