Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring an Experienced Rental Technician in Breckenridge, CO to support our Epic Mountain Gear shop. You will deliver excellent guest service, assess gear condition, and perform ski/snowboard tunes and repairs for guests during the winter season.

The role requires 1+ years of experience, leadership or strong communication skills, and a high school diploma. Expect a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends in a fast-paced, safety‑mocused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience or ability to communicate effectively and lead others.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude to perform ski/snowboard tunes, maintenance, or repairs (winter).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team‑oriented environment for extended periods.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
