Sturtevant's is seeking a Rental Technician to gear up guests and deliver top-notch service on and off the slopes. Bring your passion for skiing or snowboarding and help guests feel confident and prepared for their day.

You'll fit boots and gear, complete binding tests, and share knowledge about equipment and mountain culture while maintaining a friendly, high-energy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for customer service.
• Passion for skiing or snowboarding; willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun shop experience.
• Assist with boot, ski, snowboard and pole fittings to prepare guests for their day.
• Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert.
• Share gear knowledge and guide guests to the right equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
