Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Seasonal Operations Team General Manager to lead Retail and Rental shops in Colorado. You will oversee scheduling, coaching, customer service excellence, and safety compliance while aligning with budgets and company policies.

You will drive sales, coordinate meetings, monitor performance, and implement process improvements. The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to manage inventory, training, and budget planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or rental shop operations preferred.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to handle large groups.
• Ability to manage department budgets and scheduling.
• Willingness to coach staff and lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction for assigned staff in Retail and Rental shops.
• Oversee staff scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Develop sales and promotions while knowing payment/exchanges policies.
• Market merchandise and analyze profitability; study reports for improvement.
• Perform timely inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Lead daily team meetings and encourage open communication without blame.
• Monitor staff performance and take disciplinary action when needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE.
• Identify efficiencies in processes and customer service delivery.
• Set goals and assist with department budgeting and financial planning.
• Direct and coordinate department budgets and financial activities.
• Review financial statements and performance data for optimization.
