Job summary

Sunrise Park Resort in Greer, Arizona, is seeking a dedicated team member to educate and fit rental equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. The position reports to the Rental Shop Supervisor and supports safety and operations across resort activities.

You will ensure accurate sizing and maintenance of rental gear, including boots and helmets, while upholding Sunrise Park Resort policies and safety standards for all participants and staff.

Position Summary

This candidate reports to the Rental Shop Supervisor andis responsible foreducating and fitting rental equipment while providing excellent customer service.Must adhere to, and enforce Sunrise Policies & Procedures, Confidentiality Guidelines, Emergency Procedures, and Health and Safety Standards for all participants and staff.

Essential Duties

• Ensure safe and correct sizing of all rental equipment including large group rentals
• Providea high levelof front-line customer service including greeting and engaging participants
• Communicate with participantsin regard tolesson opportunities and accident prevention
• Ensure all equipment inventories areaccurateand accounted for at the end of the day
• Sanitize boots and helmets'
• Regular maintenance of rental equipmente.g.Waxing
• Inspect and report any safety concerns about the rental equipment to immediate supervisor
• Inform rental technician of tools, parts or materials that arerequired
• Complete administrative dutiesin a timely manner(e.g.accident reports, opening and closing procedures, group rental set ups)
• Maintain a safe and tidy workspace ensuring equipment is set-up and stored appropriately
• Report all concerns, accidents, and incidents to immediate supervisor for follow up and takeappropriate action
• Maintain an understanding of department programs and services
• Understand, adhere to, and enforceSunrisePolicies & Procedures, Confidentiality Guidelines, Emergency Procedures and Health and Safety Standards for all participants and staff
• Attend meetings/training asrequired
• Performs other duties as assigned

Sunrise Park Resort is a wholly owned and operated tribal entity of the White Mountain Apache Tribe and is located in Greer, Arizona. Sunrise is Arizona's premier mountain resort destination. Elevation - 9,200 feet above sea level.
