Job summary

Sunrise Park Resort in Greer, Arizona, is seeking a dedicated team member to educate and fit rental equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. The position reports to the Rental Shop Supervisor and supports safety and operations across resort activities.

You will ensure accurate sizing and maintenance of rental gear, including boots and helmets, while upholding Sunrise Park Resort policies and safety standards for all participants and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively, verbally and electronically.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and correct sizing of rental equipment for all rentals.
• Provide frontline customer service, including greeting participants.
• Inform participants about lesson opportunities and accident prevention.
• Maintain accurate end-of-day equipment inventories.
