Job summary

U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated Customer Service Representatives in Columbia, Missouri. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using our on-site technology to dispatch and return rentals.

This role offers on-the-job education, two paid hands-on interviews, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 cash bonus after completing equipment inspection and verification through our certification program at retail stores.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns.
