Anderson Equipment Company is seeking a Rental Service Supervisor to ensure the Rental Fleet is documented, maintained, and ready for rental. The role reports to the Branch Service Manager and requires proactive coordination with the Service Manager on equipment issues and scheduling.

You will perform machine check-ins, update notes, schedule technicians, file warranty claims, and support safety training. This fast-paced role involves multi-department coordination and meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Service Department.
• Experience as Rental Agent or Rental Supervisor in heavy equipment or auto industry.
• Experience coordinating work with other departments to achieve results.
• Strong technical competence in mechanical functions and specialized equipment repair.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to service operations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsabilités

• Document, account for, maintain, check in/out and prepare the Rental Fleet for rental.
• Communicate equipment issues, service needs, and scheduling with the Service Manager.
• Perform machine check-ins when machines come off rent or are added to the fleet.
• Update equipment notes for status and rental period changes.
• Schedule Rental Technician for maintenance and repairs.
• File Warranty Claims.
• Support Safety training, inspections, and procedures.
• Back up Service Manager by handling calls and approving technician hours.

Job Description Summary:

The Rental Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the Rental Fleet is properly documented, accounted for, maintained, checked in/out and is ready for rental . The Supervisor reports to the Branch Service Manager and must proactively communicate all equipment issues, service needs, and scheduling issues with the Service Manager.

Some of the duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Performing machine check-ins when machines come off rent or are put in the fleet. Accurate documentation and system updates are critical.
• Updating equipment notes for status and rental period changes.
• Scheduling Rental Technician to do scheduled maintenance, repairs, KOWA samples, etc.
• Filing Warranty Claims.
• Supporting the Service Manager in performance of Safety training, inspections, procedures.
• Backing up Service Manager when out or busy by answering calls, maintaining documentation, approving technician hours, etc.

Required Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation Range is $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience and achievements.
