Job summary

The incumbent supports location and regional management with rotational duties. You will be motivated, coachable and positioned to develop client relationships, learn sales and operations processes, and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
• One year or more customer service with issues resolution experience is preferred.
• Intermediate computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle the sales and process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulations.
• Reconcile customer concerns to maintain and grow relationships.
