Xylem is hiring a Sales Rep for our Portland, OR territory within the Rental division of the Godwin brand. The role focuses on developing and implementing rental sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue, while building and maintaining client relationships and presenting rental products to potential customers.

The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, economics, finance, or related field with at least 2 years experience.
• Proven experience in business development or similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in CRM and business management software, such as Salesforce and ProWorkflow.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Promote and sell rental products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Handle customer complaints and find satisfactory resolutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with rental experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Place orders for new rental products as needed.
• Monitor and track rental equipment movement.
• Create and manage rental contracts.
• Ensure all contracts are accurate and complete.
• Collect necessary payments and deposits.
• Handle contract extensions, modifications, and terminations.
• Process rental reservations and payments.
• Maintain and update customer and rental records.
• Generate reports on rental activity and sales performance.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure rental products are in safe and working condition.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and schedule repairs as needed.
• Provide safety instructions and guidelines to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized rental area.
