Job summary

Sixt-US in Miami is seeking a customer service and sales teammate to welcome customers, process rentals, and promote upgrades and services. You will learn our full vehicle lineup and deliver a high‑quality rental experience.

Qualifications

Proven upselling and closing skills.
Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail, service, tourism, or hospitality.
English communication skills.
Flexible, team‑oriented, and capable of shift work, including weekends and holidays.
Must have a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers – friendly, professional and sales‑driven.
Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services.
Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries with a service mindset.
Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain knowledge of the SIXT fleet and products.
